Based in Edinburgh, we use traditional handcrafted methods and natural ingredients to create delectable cakes, gâteaux, breads, pretzels, chocolates, all baked to the principle "Qualität aus Meisterhand" - quality from the master's hand.

Our products change daily depending upon season, which fruits the local greengrocer has in stock, and what we feel like baking.

Whole cakes to take away with you are made fresh to order.  Please contact us a few days in advance to avoid disappointment.
